Tesla (TSLA) jumps 8% as they launch their robotaxi’s in Austin this weekend.  Tesla is using a fully autonomous Model Y vehicles, with select riders experiencing driverless rides for a $4.20 flat fee. Tesla is looking to compete with Google’s Waymo robotaxi. Regulatory scrutiny and scaling challenges will remain and persist for Tesla.

The price of oil and energy were the dogs as Iran did not try to disrupt the flow of oil, but instead attacked a US military base in Qatar with no injuries or deaths. The price of oil fell 8% to $68 per barrel after rising as high as $78 a barrel over the weekend. The energy sector fell 2.5% with Diamondback Energy down 5% and Exxon down 2.6%.
