Drug stock, Amgen (AMGN) is performing well. The stock is up 5% after easily beating earnings estimates.  Sales rose 12% to $9.56 billion. The company raised guidance reflecting robust volume-driven by key medicines like repatha, evenity and tezspire along with rare disease and biosimilar drugs. Regarding their pipeline, Amgen accelerated their late-stage development for obesity drug.

Trex (TREX) lower on earnings. The artificial deck maker is down 25% after missing third quarter earnings even as sales rose 22% to $285 million. Sales actually missed estimates and guidance was worst, lowering expectations in a seasonally slow period due to weak demand for repairs and remodels. The company did initiate a $50 million share buyback.
