Micron (MU) continues to shine. The DRAM chipmaker is up 5% on an upgrade with a $245 price target. UBS believes Micron will benefit from a shortage of chips and greater demand pushing up pricing in the future. This is the second time UBS has raised their price in the last two weeks. Micron’s stock has performed well, up 30%  since reporting earnings last month.

Insurance stocks down for a second straight day. Dow component, Travelers (TRV) is down 3% even though earnings easily beat and sales  rose 4.8% to $12.47 billion, ahead of estimates. Net premiums written in the quarter were light of expectations even as catastrophic losses were much lower than expected and down 50% since last year.
