Google (GOOG) jumps 8% as the search engine giant gets a favorable court ruling on their Antitrust case. The courts ruled in favor of Google deciding they don’t need to split up their company. Apple is also rising 3% on the news as well. The rest of the markets are pretty quiet.

Conoco Phillips (COP) drops on lower oil prices and cost cuts. The stock is down 4% as the price of oil drops 2% as OPEC considers another output hike. Conoco is also cutting as much as 25% of their workforce to preserve cash flow and their 3% dividends. Tough times for the oil pact.
