Uber (UBER) jumps on an upgrade. The ride-sharing giant is up nearly 3% on an upgrade with a $120 price target as Uber backed company Moove is raising funds to expand Google’s Waymo fleet of driverless taxis. Uber made a new 52 week high today and is up 60% year to date.

More volatility with Tesla (TSLA). Telsa dropped 6% today as Elon Musk’s frustration with the Big Beautiful bill and rising deficits pushed him to form a new American political party over the weekend possibly shifting his focus back to politics and not Tesla or his other companies. President Trump called Musk’s move, ridiculous and thought Musk was, off the rails for such a move.
