Merger Friday turns into merger Monday. Warner Brothers Discovery (WBD) is up again, up 6% as Paramount has countered Netflix’s buy out with a $108 billion hostile bid for Warner Brothers. Paramount believes they provide the best deal for Warner Brothers without the anti-trust issues that a Netflix deal may incur.  Warner Brothers has not responded to the new offer yet.

Marvell Tech (MRVL) having a bad day down 8% on news or rumors that Microsoft is in discussions with Broadcom about using their custom chip designs. An analyst at Benchmark downgraded the stock and removed his price target on concerns Marvell could lose Amazon’s business to a Taiwanese company, Alchip Tech. Not a good Monday for Marvell.
