Amazon (AMZN) rises nearly 2% on Black Friday. Adobe reported Thanksgiving Day retail sales of $6.4 billion versus $6.1 billion last year with total November spending up 6.8% year over year to $99.6 billion. Salesforce said that “Around the world, online sales were up 7.9% year over year and projected to hit $36 billion by day’s end. Barrons also came out positive on Amazon on Wednesday.

Nvidia (NVDA) cools off down a percent for the day, down for the week and down over 10% for the month. The AI darling has had an impressive couple of years as money flows into AI business and chip sales. News of China moving away from Nvidia chips and Tesla and Google creating their own AI chips took a little wind out of Nvidia’s sails.
