Tech is back. ServiceNow (NOW), the cloud based solution platform provider is benefitting from their AI services. In the chip space, Texas Instruments (TXN) is up 5% after beating by 16 cents as sales rose 11%. TI is confident they can handle the tariff uncertainty. Chip equipment maker, Lam Research (LRCX) is up 5% after beating earnings and sales while also raising guidance.

Pepsi (PEP) and P&G (PG) taking a hit following earnings and tariff concerns. Pepsi is down 5% to a four year low as earnings missed, sales fell 2% year over year and guidance was at the low end. Pepsi is blaming rising costs because of tariffs as well as consumer anxiety for the weak guidance. Pepsi has also coming under pressure this week as the government wants them and others to stop using synthetic food coloring.
