Apple (AAPL) higher by a percent on an upgrade at Goldman. Goldman said to buy Apple's stock as China phone shipments rebound in February. China's economy seems to be slowly improving as Goldman slashes their price target on the US S&P 500 to 5700 which would be a negative return for the year.

MGM Resorts (MGM) is down 2% at a two year low as the Nevada Gaming Board reports February gaming wins down 9.8% year over year to $1.217 billion and down 13.8% year over year to $690.3 million on the Las Vegas Strip. The lack of upsets in March Madness does not seem to be helping the big casino names.
