Apple (AAPL) is modestly higher on an upgrade. The tech giant is higher as Dan Ives over at Wedbush upgraded the stock with a $325 price target saying the stock remains undervalued and investors are not fully appreciating the growth potential of AI enhanced phones. The market cap is creeping closer to the $4 trillion dollar mark.

Netflix (NFLX) lower even as they had a successful Christmas. The streaming giant is lower by a percent even as they got rave reviews for streaming the two NFL games on Christmas day without a hitch. Netflix shelled out $150 million to show the games which included Beyonce halftime show. The games were seen in 200 countries with global audience peaking at 65 million concurrent streams, with a peak of 38 million concurrent streams in the U.S.
