Hershey (HSY) jumps on takeover rumors. The chocolate giant is up 13% on rumors Mondelez is exploring a takeover after a failed attempt back in 2016. Mondelez already owns Cadbury and Oreo. Hershey Trust company is the majority owner and will have a say on the sale of the 130 old company.

Nvidia (NVDA) fell 3% on news China is investigating the company for antimonopoly law violations. The bigger picture is, Nvidia could get caught up in rising trade tensions between the U.S. and China. So far China has been a small customer for Nvidia as the U.S. government has limited Chinese access to advanced semiconductor technology. Chain accounts for 12% of Nvidia's global sales down from 21% a year earlier.
