Qualcomm (QCOM) jumps 4% as one analyst says their latest system on a chip with AI capabilities called, Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 could see shipments surge 50% year over year driven by the Chinese markets and high-end demand. Nvidia is up 3% as only Apple has a larger market cap in the US.

Boeing (BA) is down a percent making a new 52 week low on a triple whammy. Over the weekend, Boeing announced it would reduce its workforce by 17,000 jobs or 10% of the company's total employees while also pre-announcing a larger than expected loss. The strike by the machinists has now surpassed one month.
