Commodities are rising again. Oil rose a percent as Exxon Mobil (XOM) rose 2%. Oil cracks $85 a barrel back to the October highs as Brent Crude is up to $88 a barrel. Brent crude has been in a narrow range between $75 and $85 per barrel since the start of the year.

Health insurers are taking it on the chin. UnitedHealth Group (UNH) , Humana (HUM) and  CVS (CVS) all fell over 6% after the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services finalized the 2025 rate announcement for Medicare Advantage and prescription drug coverage which could cause higher payments to seniors later in the year.
