Diamonds and Dogs


AT&T (T) is finally moving in the right direction. The phone giant is up a percent after rallying over a percent yesterday after reaffirming cash flow guidance. Management said full-year free cash flow with be $16 billion while Q3 free cash flow will be around $4.5-5.0 billion range.

Adobe (ADBE) taking a hit. The digital software maker is down nearly 5% dragging the Nasdaq with it as revenues rose 10% to $4.89 billion. Some of the sell off is simply profit-taking but investors were discouraged by the apparent lack of pricing power for its new artificial intelligence–powered software features.
