Eli Lilly (LLY) is jumping 16% after the drugmaker reported quarterly profit and revenue well ahead of Wall Street's expectations. Sales rose 28% to $8.31 billion. The jump in sales is due to a drug for type 2 diabetes, Mounjaro which is showing extraordinary promise as a weight-loss drug.

Datadog (DDOG) is a true dog today. The cloud and IT software maker is down 16% due to cautious comments about its near-term outlook and slightly reduced its full-year revenue forecast. The disappointing results were weighing on many other cloud-focused infrastructure software providers.
