Pfizer's COVID-19 vaccine a "Go" in the UK. Pfizer's stock is up 4% to new highs as the U.K. became the first country to authorize the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine for emergency use, marking another step in the global battle against the pandemic. The U.S.-German vaccine will now be rolled out in the United Kingdom next week, with elderly people in care homes and medical workers first in line.

Shareholders not cutting Salesforce.com (CRM) any Slack. Salesforce.com is down 8% after agreeing to acquire rival, Slack for $27 billion. Salesforce.com also reported better than expected earnings as sales rose 20% to $5.42 billion, ahead of estimates. With a stock trading for 60 times earnings and 8 times sales and buying another company for over 20 times sales, valuations seems to be a concern for investors.
