COVID-19 vaccine stocks flying high. Pfizer (PFE) is up 2.5% while Moderna (MRNA) is jumping 16%. Moderna will file today with the FDA for emergency use of their COVID-19 vaccine. The CEO for Moderna says the vaccine will protect against severe COVID-19 outcomes at 100%. Can't do anything better than that.

GM will not take a stake in Nikola (NKLA). The electric truck maker is down 24% as GM will not invest $2 billion in the company to work together on Nikola's pickup truck, the Badger. Nikola can't be happy. Meanwhile, Tesla's stock is up 40% in the last two weeks.
