Eli Lilly (LLY) jumps on approval of COVID-19 antibody treatment for emergency use. Lilly is up 4% after the FDA approves their monoclonal antibody treatment for mild to moderate forms of the coronavirus. President Donald Trump received a similar experimental antibody drug from Regeneron Pharmaceuticals.
Beyond Meat (BYND) beyond profits. The stock is down 18% following a busy 24 hours including disappointing earnings. Beyond Meat lost $19 million as sales only rose 2.7% as the company blamed the pandemic on a lack of business. Beyond Meat also announced a new deal with Pizza Hut for plant-based sausage while Beyond Meat is also collaborating with McDonald's on meatless products, but couldn't specify if McDonalds would go it alone going forward.
