Streaming lifting Disney+ (DIS). Disney is jumping 9% to a two-month high following lackluster earnings as sales fell 41% for the quarter. However, the company did make money and Disney+ has surpassed 100 million paid subscribers worldwide. That includes 60.5 million for Disney Plus through July, nine months after the service first took flight, hitting a target the company had previously forecast reaching by 2024. Disney also plans to release its "Mulan" live-action remake on Sept. 4 on Disney+ priced at $29.99 a pop.

Profit-taking in electric heavy-duty truck company, Nikola (NKLA). Nikola is down 11% after coming public earlier this year. The company has no profits or sales, but expects to produce a fleet of trucks next year. Not they just need customers.
