Chip stocks look good. Micron (MU) is up 6% following better than expected earnings thanks to strong demand from data centers. Chip maker, Xilinx (XLNX) is up 6% after raising guidance. The stock was upgraded as well. At least one sector is working.

One step forward, one step back. Boeing (BA) is lower by 5% after rallying more than 5% yesterday. Norwegian Air canceled their order for a 100 planes and will proceed to sue Boeing for losses from the grounding of the 737 MAX and for the engine performance of the Boeing-built 787 Dreamliners. I guess Boeing won't be getting them back as customer any time soon.
