SodaStream (SODA) selling out. The Israeli producer of countertop (healthier) soda machines is up 10% after agreeing to be bought out by Pepsi for $144 a share in cash valued at $3.2 billion. The analysts are calling this a win, win helping accelerate Pepsi's shift to healthier products with more water offerings, and diversified portfolio of products.

Lannett (LCI) having a tough day. The Philadelphia generic pharmaceutical maker is down 58% after announced a key distribution agreement will not being renewed next year. The distribution agreement covers three products: butalbital, aspirin, caffeine with codeine phosphate capsules; digoxin tablets; and levothyroxine sodium tablets. Lannett is in the process of evaluating the financial impact of the contract loss (big). Hopefully this is an overreaction for Lannett shareholders.
