HP raising guidance. The world's largest PC manufacturer, HP Inc. (HPQ) is up 5% to a new 52 week high after raising guidance to the high end of analyst estimates at an analyst meeting. Morgan Stanley and Loop Capital both raised their price targets on HPQ to $25 a share.

Hospitals and health insurance stocks sharply lower following order by President Trump to end ACA cost sharing reduction payments. Centene Corp (CNC) is down 7% to a two month low as part of the ObamaCare legislation is repealed to save the government money. Centene provides a portfolio of services to government sponsored healthcare programs.
