Diamonds and Dogs
9/9/15
Eat, Drink, Play, and make money. Dave & Buster's (PLAY) has increased over 9% today, making it our diamond for the day so far. They are the leaders for restaurants arcades that have everything for a family fun night or just a night out with friends. On Tuesday they released an increase of 20% in revenue for the last quarter with more profits projected until year end. Football season should be good for Dave & Busters.
You'll like the way you dress unless you shop at Men's Warehouse (MW). The stock is down 8% following earnings yesterday. The company beat estimates and reiterated guidance, but sales missed estimates declining 1.1% year over year. Jos A. Bank has not done well either with a decrease of 9.4% in revenue. Looks like there might be some discounts in the future. Men's Warehouse's CEO Doug Ewert conceded he may need to change their promotional message soon.
