Amicus Therapeutics Inc. (FOLD)

Amicus Therapeutics is on fire today, up 34.87% to $12.61. The biopharmaceutical company saw its share rally after announcing they would seek accelerated U.S. approval for their disease therapy, migalastat. If approved, migalastat will be the first oral therapy for Fabry disease, a rare, inherited genetic mutation that stops bodily enzymes from breaking down a fatty substance known as globotriaosylceramide, or GL3, a buildup of which could cause severe damage to kidneys, heart, brain and other organ systems. Shares of Amicus climbed over $3.20 today to a new 52-week high of $13.20.

Vince Holding Corp (VNCE)

Vince Holdings is getting hit hard today, down 16.70% to $17.95. The cotemporary fashion brand company saw its shares fall after announcing 2016 forecasts. For the full year 2016, Vince Holdings expects revenue of $360-370 million, well below analysts' estimates of $398.74 million. The weak forecast seems to be scaring investors away. Shares of Vince Holdings dropped over $3.40 to a new 52-week low of $17.70 intraday.
