Acadia Pharmaceuticals Inc. (ACAD)

Acadia Pharmaceuticals is making its investors happy today, up 17.29% to $45.66. The biopharmaceutical company saw its shares pop after two cancelled meetings sparked the speculation that ACAD might be bought out. The company cancelled a meeting on March 3rd at the last minute, and also cancelled a Tuesday meeting held by Roth Capital Partners. The speculation of a possible deal, helped shares climb over $6.70 today to a new 52-week high of $46.48.

NN Inc. (NNBR)

NN Inc. is getting burned today, down 26.18% to $19.79. The metal bearing, plastic, and rubber component company saw its shares dropped after missing on earnings. For the fourth quarter, NN management announced that revenues came in at $153.8 million which equates to an EPS of $0.30. Both numbers missed analysts' forecasts' of $163.05 million and $0.33 respectively. Shares of NN Inc. fell over $7.00 but were able to stay above their 52-week low of $17.49.
