Pharamcyclics' management announced revenue was around $185 million, up 31% and $15-$20 million above consensus estimates. The company also took in $100 million in milestone payments from partner Johnson & Johnson bringing total Q4 revenue to $285 million, up 130% from last year and $37 million above analysts' average. Further helping Pharmacyclics was the news that its blood-cancer drug Imbruvica will total about $1 billion in sales this year. Shares of the company popped over $20.00 today, but could surpass its 52-week high of $154.89.

ChannelAdvisor Corporation (ECOM)

ChannelAdvisor is crashing and burning today, down 53.64% to $9.81. The software solution company saw its shares fall after cutting its fourth quarter revenue estimate. ChannelAdvisor expects quarterly revenue of $23.7 million for the quarter, compared to prior guidance of revenue in the range of $25.6-26.1 million. CEO Scott Wingo said, "Because larger customers enjoy volume discounts in the form of lower take rates, this shift translated to lower variable subscription revenue, even though overall GMV increased 31% year over year for the fourth quarter," Shares of ChannelAdvisor fell over $11.30 today to a new 52-week low of $9.03 intraday.
