Move Inc. (MOVE)

Move Inc. is moving on up today, climbing 37.08% to $20.96. The online real estate, finance, and moving company saw its shares spike after announcing the News Corp. purchased Move for $950 million in an all cash deal. News Corp paid a significant premium as Move Inc. only reported $227 million in revenue and just $574,000 in net income last year. Shares of the company rose $5.67 today and reached a new 52-week high of $21.13 intraday.

PDF Solutions Inc. (PDFS)

PDF Solutions is crumbling today, down 28.51% to $12.61. The infrastructure technology company saw its shares fall after news that two major contracts that were expect to be close soon are no longer likely to be signed. Hush seems to be the word with the deals, and all PDF Solutions said is that they no longer expect the major contracts to be signed by an unnamed client. Management said that will try to resolve the issue but would not be able to predict the timing or success of any resolution. Shares of PDF fell over $5.00 today and hit a new 52-week low of $12.26 intraday.
