Tenaris (TS)

Tenaris is down today to $ 45.46 declining 4.80% from its previous close. The international manufacturer and supplier of steel pipe products has traditionally dealt with oil and gas , energy and mechanical industries from its headquarters in Luxembourg. Share prices declined for Tenaris today after the stock was deemed to be "water-logged and getting wetter" by analysts. Investors seemed to lose confidence in the stock temporarily but some analysts are still rating the stock a buy long term.

Adidas (ADS)

Adidas are singing "We are the Champions" today as their price climbed 2.73% at to $73.48. The German multinational sport apparel giant is benefitting from the German National Team triumph at the World Cup. The German soccer players that hoisted the famous FIFA World Cup trophy were wearing uniforms made by Adidas and this only boosted the company's value. Add the World cup victory to the news today that Adidas sealed up a 10-year deal worth $1.3 billion with Manchester United (One of the most popular sporting franchises in the world) to manufacture their uniforms, and Adidas' long term prospects for growth look like a safe buy.
