Dice Holdings Inc. (DHX)

Dice Holdings isn't rolling high number today, down 13.72% at $7.52. The career website and career fair company saw its shares fall after missing on earnings and lowering guidance. Dice reported a third quarter earnings of $0.12 per share, $0.01 worse than the analyst estimates of $0.13. Revenues rose 9.6% to $52.6 million slightly lower than Wall Street's view of $52.9 million. Furthermore, the company issued downside guidance for the fourth quarter. Dice Holdings now sees revenue of $52.9 million vs. the $54.20 million estimate. Dice Holdings set a new 52-week low of $7.17 intraday.

Nutrisystem Inc. (NTRI)

Nutrisystem gained a ton today, up 20.71% at $18.13. The weight management company saw its shares climb higher after better than expected earnings and increased guidance. Nutrisystem announced an EPS of $0.15 on revenue of $85.4 million versus analyst estimates of $0.13 and $81.3 million. Management now sees fourth-quarter EPS in the range of a $0.02 loss to a $0.02 profit with year-over-year revenue in the mid-single digits. The better earnings and guidance sent shares of Nutrisystem to a new 52-week high of $18.24.
