Radware Ltd. (RDWR)

Radware Ltd has investors calling it REDware today, with shares trading down 22.70% at $29.05. The network security company saw its shares crash after news that the company lowered its first quarter earnings and revenue. Radware management said that it now expects earnings of $0.30 per share, down from its prior guidance of $0.40 to $0.43 per share. Furthermore, revenue is now anticipated at $45 million. The previous outlook was for revenue between $48.5 million and $49.5 million. The Israeli company blamed the lower expectations on weaker-than-expected sales in China, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Radware lost around $8.50 per share today, but managed to stay above its 52-week low of $26.76.

Innovative Solutions & Support Inc. (ISSC)

Innovative Solutions is trading higher today, up 27.17% at $7.02. The flight guidance and cockpit innovation company saw its shares pop after it struck a deal with Delta Airlines. Delta Air Lines placed an order today for more than $60 million for a complete Systems Integration, Dual GPS Navigation and Cockpit Avionics upgrade of Delta's MD88 and MD90 aircrafts. Innovative Solutions will provide installation teams to remove existing equipment and install all the LRUs, on site, and prepare the aircraft for return to service. It is anticipated that this turnkey modification will take fewer than six days. The deal has pushed Innovative Solutions up near its 52-week high of $7.40.
