Generac Holdings Inc. (GNRC)

Generac is getting electrocuted today, down 9.10% at $32.08. The generator company saw its shares drop lower after releasing a secondary offering. The secondary offering will introduce an additional 11.5 million shares to the market. The majority of the shares are coming from directors and senior executives of the company. Furthermore, 3D Systems is offering a five year warranty on the printer's print-head, which no other company offers.3D Systems has had a phenomenal year, and only around $0.35 from its 52-week high.
