Intel (INTC) one of the few techs higher ahead of earnings. Intel rose 3% as Seaport Research upgraded the stock with a $65 price target, saying the company could retake some market share this year in enterprise and consumer products with the introductions of new chips. Intel’s stock has more than doubled in the last year. Intel will report earnings on Thursday.

Defensive stock, 3M (MMM) lower even after beating earnings estimates. The post-it note maker fell 6% even as earnings beat by 3 cents as sales rose 1.5% to $6.01 billion. The reason for most of the sell off was due to guidance that was in line or a little below expectations. Geopolitical and more tariff threats did not help things today. Bank of America reiterated their Buy rating and $200 price target.
