Dominion Energy (D) jumps 2% on better than expected earnings. Sales rose 9% to $3.81 billion. The company reaffirmed guidance  seeing growth with new customers in Virginia and South Carolina thanks to expansion plans for data-centers in their territory. Lower interest rates today are also lending support to Dominion and other utility stocks.

A diamond turns into a dog. Apple (AAPL) shining brightly. The iphone maker is one of the few stocks higher today on better than expected earnings thanks to strong iphone demand. Their MAC books also saw strong demand. Many investors have been concerned about tariffs and the lack of AI products, but Apple said last night that their tariff risk is manageable, and they are ready to open their wallet to catch up on AI.
