Paycom Software, Inc. (PAYC)

Paycom Software is up 20% today after releasing a promising earnings report yesterday afternoon. Results came in better than expected compared to analyst projections, and guidance was also strong for the third quarter. The company's EPS was 10 cents per share, beating the consensus estimate of 6 cents. Revenue also increased 47% from a year-ago. Paycom is showing value for investors and has the potential to surpass its 52-week high.

RetailMeNot, Inc. (SALE)

The online coupon company, RetailMeNot, is down 32% today. The company showed disappointing earnings results for the second quarter and cut its guidance for the remainder of the year. Even though total visits to the website rose 6% versus the second quarter of 2014, revenues fell in comparison and EPS could not even come close to matching the estimates ($0.03 vs $0.14). It's beginning to look like there could be some volatility in RetailMeNot's future.
